Destination Guidelines

United States

Air express and ocean (Matson / fast vessel) lanes from China to the US, with customs and tax handling coordinated through our DDP Service.

Transit Air express about 5–7 business days; fast ocean lanes about 17 days door-to-door (indicative).

Products We Cannot Accept

  • Counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods
  • Food items
  • Flammable or explosive goods
  • Genuine animal leather (faux leather requires prior review)
  • Raw or solid timber (engineered board only; solid wood requires fumigation)
  • White powders
  • Knives with a total length over 22 cm

Restricted Items — Prior Review Required

  • Textiles, wearables, large textile pieces, and leather goods
  • High-FDA categories: medical, beauty devices, adult products, toothbrushes, dental floss (items in direct body contact need extra review)
  • Machinery: motors, large equipment, and high-value goods (units over 100 W require review)
  • Anti-dumping categories (large anti-dumping items require review)
  • Liquids and powders: lotion, masks, lash serum, nail polish, paste or powder forms (MSDS / transport identification report required)
  • Anything branded, food, or flammable/explosive must be reviewed before shipping

Size & Weight Limits

  • Per-piece actual and volumetric weight is billed at a 12 kg minimum (volumetric = L × W × H ÷ 6000).
  • Express: longest side over 150 cm is rejected; oversize surcharges begin once the longest side exceeds 120 cm.
  • Express girth (longest side + 2 × the two shortest sides) above 260 cm incurs added handling; above 410 cm requires review.
  • Single carton over 22 kg requires a "TEAM LIFT" label per FBA rules; cartons over 40 kg are restricted.
  • Truck (LTL) delivery bills a 5 kg minimum per piece.

Delivery Address Notes

  • Residential, commercial (non-FBA), remote, and extra-remote addresses each carry their own handling rules.
  • FBA warehouse addresses generally have no address surcharge (remote FBA may need review).
  • ZIP codes beginning 32–34 and 98–99 (residential or commercial) require prior review.
  • Separate customs entry is available on request.

Quoting, Documents & Liability

  • All quotes are based on the dimensions, weight, and volume provided before warehouse intake. If the actual intake differs, you must request a re-quote; any variance found during overseas delivery is the customer's responsibility.
  • High-value goods are flagged by declared value per kg; please declare accurately.
  • Holding or re-routing cargo after loading must be requested at least 3 days before arrival at port; it carries operating fees, is not guaranteed to succeed, and any resulting costs are borne by the customer.
  • Returns caused by an incorrect recipient or address are billed to the sender without cap.
  • A signed proof of delivery (POD) can be requested.
About our DDP Service: Our “DDP Service” is a customs-clearance and tax-processing service for both parties. It does not constitute Incoterms DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
