Destination Guidelines

United Kingdom & Europe

Air, ocean, rail, and small-parcel lanes from China to the UK and Europe, with customs and tax handled through our DDP Service.

Transit Rail (express) to Europe and ocean/air to the UK; FBA lanes about 6–8 days (indicative).

Products We Cannot Accept

  • Electric bicycles (on most general lanes)
  • Raw timber
  • Counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods
  • Flammable, explosive, and other dangerous goods

Restricted / Sensitive Items

  • Pure textiles: clothing, fabric bags, shoes, scarves, gloves, hats, quilts, pillowcases, textile belts, socks, fabric, face masks
  • Liquid-containing sets: bubble machines with fluid, liquid pens with refills, tempered glass with alcohol cotton, first-aid kits, essential oils, lotion, lash serum, glue, paints (liquid or paste)
  • Wood products (raw timber not accepted)
  • Magnetic goods on air lanes require a demagnetization test

Size & Weight Limits (DPD last mile)

  • Volumetric weight uses ÷ 6000; when volumetric exceeds actual, a 50% split applies.
  • A piece reaching 29.5 kg actual/volumetric, a side of 100 cm, or a second side of 70 cm meets the oversize threshold.
  • A piece at 40 kg volumetric or a side of 170 cm meets a higher oversize threshold.
  • Single-piece actual weight over 40 kg, volumetric over 60 kg, or any side over 200 cm is not accepted.
  • Single piece: 21 kg minimum charge; multi-piece: 12 kg minimum; cartons under 12 kg are topped up to the minimum.

Customs & Documents

  • VAT clearance is handled per shipment; exceeding the declared product-name count adds an over-item step.
  • FBA and non-FBA destinations follow different last-mile rules.
  • Magnetic air cargo requires a demagnetization certificate produced by us.
  • Provide an accurate packing list and invoice on our template before dispatch.
About our DDP Service: Our “DDP Service” is a customs-clearance and tax-processing service for both parties. It does not constitute Incoterms DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
