Destination Guidelines

Middle East (UAE & Saudi Arabia)

Air and ocean lanes from China to the UAE and Saudi Arabia, including general, battery, branded, and sensitive-cargo channels, with customs and tax handled through our DDP Service.

Products We Cannot Accept

  • Drones
  • E-cigarettes
  • Pure liquids, powders, food, medicine, and health supplements
  • Adult products
  • Gambling / gaming machines
  • Hidden-camera and covert-listening security devices
  • Counterfeit and infringing goods
  • Products bearing UAE government emblems
  • Arms, weapons, flammable and explosive goods

Saudi Arabia — Non-Shippable Categories

  • Adult / intimacy products of every kind (toys, dolls, related accessories)
  • Wireless image-transmission and surveillance/security devices (IP cameras, hidden cameras, monitors, signal boosters, mini cameras)
  • Binoculars and night-vision style optical devices
  • Any covert recording or monitoring equipment

Channel & Product Categories

  • General cargo: apparel, footwear, bags and textiles, keyboards, mice, accessories, headphones, chargers, cables, phone-accessory electronics, computer peripherals, small appliances, non-solid-wood furniture, hardware, radios, and small consumer goods
  • Battery cargo: pure batteries and high-watt products need MSDS and individual insulated packing (phone power banks / phone batteries not accepted); items at or above 100 Wh are treated as high-watt
  • Branded goods must be registered with China or Dubai customs
  • Review required: dry food, epidemic-prevention supplies, cosmetics, liquids, medical/beauty/dental devices, books, Quran-related products, surveillance items, GPS devices, dried-flower crafts, machines/appliances with refrigerant, and products with religious or political imagery

Size, Weight & Billing

  • Air single-piece limit 300 × 135 × 158 cm; width over 135 cm or height over 158–160 cm requires review.
  • Air weight rounding: under 16 kg rounds up to the nearest 0.5 kg; 16 kg and over rounds up to the nearest 1 kg.
  • Ocean bills a 0.5 CBM minimum, then in 0.1 CBM units (heavy-cargo conversion 1 CBM = 500 kg).
  • Battery products are not accepted in bag packaging (parcel or carton-in-woven-bag excepted).
  • Oversize wood-crate/frame cargo is delivered to the door only; the recipient arranges a forklift to unload.
  • Single pieces over 100 kg require recipient self-unloading.

Documents, Claims & Payment

  • Open an account and mark the intake number and channel code on the handover sheet before delivering goods.
  • 100% item-name declaration is required by the airline; battery, magnetic, motor-containing, pure-battery, high-watt, and liquid cargo must be actively declared. Concealment causing customs/airline holds is the sender's responsibility.
  • All channels: customs or airline inspection triggered by smuggling, concealment, or false declaration carries a minimum penalty per shipment, borne by the sender.
  • Claims cover loss, not damage; they cover piece count, not the unit count inside a box, paid per the declared invoice value, capped at twice the freight of the lost goods. Force-majeure events are excluded.
  • Freight collect is supported (not on certain channels); a collect handling percentage applies, refunded about two weeks after receipt.
About our DDP Service: Our “DDP Service” is a customs-clearance and tax-processing service for both parties. It does not constitute Incoterms DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
