Destination Guidelines

Canada

Air and ocean lanes from China to Canada, including a fast time-definite vessel option, with customs and tax handled through our DDP Service.

Products We Cannot Accept

  • Tablets, power banks, mobile phones, watches, smart bands
  • Counterfeit goods and pure batteries
  • Liquids, powders, and all food items
  • Maps
  • Outdoor survival kits (with magnesium fire-starter), wax-therapy machines (with wax beans), ear-pick tools, first-aid kits
  • Blood-pressure monitors, suture kits, glucose meters, pregnancy tests, oxygen machines and masks, dust masks
  • Tires / wheel hubs, slimming machines, chocolate tempering machines, CNC and large machinery
  • Baby walkers, strollers, coffee machines, disposable shoe covers, protective masks, goggles, medical gloves (rubber, latex, nitrile)
  • Nasal strips, welding rods, candles, light-therapy lamps, fidget spinners, and personal-use items
  • Loose fasteners not paired with a product (bearings, aluminum profiles, steel pipe, nails, screws)
  • Car steering wheels containing an airbag

Restricted / Sensitive Items

  • Textiles, bags, and leather goods
  • Shoes and wigs
  • Magnetic and motor-containing products (declared per item name)
  • High-value goods: eyewear, laser levels, exercise bikes, treadmills, cameras, phone screens, walkie-talkies, set-top boxes, security/CCTV gear, air purifiers, camcorders, drones/RC models, electronic components, amplifiers, microscopes, projectors, monitors, car DVD displays, automotive parts, gimbals, telescopes, navigation/dash cams, radio equipment, beauty devices, 3D printers, video doorbells, and similar
  • Sensitive items: toothbrushes (electric or manual), tempered glass with alcohol wipes, false lashes, silicone toe caps, eye patches (no liquid), back supports
  • Other sensitive: pens, bows and arrows, massage guns, UV lamps (incl. mosquito/nail/sterilizing), baby bibs, baby clothing, water-bead toys, baby nail kits, candle lamps (with wax), tents and helmets (must carry a safety label), makeup brushes, filter cores, hair clippers, electric blankets, paint sets, hair-dye combs, ink cartridges, waist stools, toys without an age label or rated under 3 years
  • Products with FDA marking, or without a "Made in China" label, require extra handling

Size & Weight Limits

  • Irregular or non-carton packaging is surcharged.
  • A piece is oversize once actual weight reaches 21.5 kg, the longest side reaches 120 cm, or the second-longest side reaches 74 cm.
  • Girth ((W + H) × 2 + L) of 265 cm or more is surcharged; 310 cm or more, or a longest side over 240 cm, carries a higher surcharge.
  • Rejected: longest side over 270 cm, single-piece actual weight over 68 kg, or girth over 400 cm.

Delivery Address Notes

  • Amazon (FBA), residential (non-Amazon), and remote addresses each have their own delivery rules.
  • Exceeding the declared product-name count on an entry adds an over-item handling step.
  • An address change after dispatch carries a per-piece fee.

Returns & Storage

  • Pieces returned to our Canada warehouse for re-delivery incur re-handling.
  • Returned pieces have a 7-day free-storage window; storage is then charged per pallet per week.
  • Disposition instructions must be provided within 30 days, after which goods are destroyed without further notice.
  • A "Made in China" label is required; missing labels can be applied for a fee.
About our DDP Service: Our “DDP Service” is a customs-clearance and tax-processing service for both parties. It does not constitute Incoterms DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
